The winner of the NXT GM Challenge 2024 will spend twelve months working as general manager at the prestigious NH Schiller and NH Caransa on the Rembrandt Square in Amsterdam. Don’t think it’s going to be one big glamorous city trip though because of course there’s work to be done. The nice thing is that, with hard work and practical experience in a metropolis, you can learn from the best and make your own personal mark on the hospitality industry.

NH Schiller and NH Caransa are some of Amsterdam’s most prestigious hotels. Formerly an inspiring meeting place for writers and artists, today the hotel attracts guests from all over the world with its luxurious art-deco interior and simultaneously ultra-modern rooms. From business travelers to leisure guests. On the bustling Rembrandtplein, in the heart of the city, the location is almost unbeatable. However, this promise must be fulfilled. Do you dare, and can you handle this?
